DISCOVER

Priority is to develop a clear understanding of client’s inputs, design requirements and branding preferences. Emphasis is laid on establishing clarity of the project’s goal, while maintaining a collaborative approach with key stakeholders, to bring about an alignment in business processes.

PLANNING

A well-defined project leaves nothing for assumption. Having a crisp and clear understanding results in meticulous planning with every detail listed down to the minutest level. Technical specifications, design and branding guidelines are laid out, keeping in mind the client’s goals, and confirmations and approval sought on all documents and material requirements.

DESIGN

Clients are provided with web, tablet, and mobile-specific UI designs of the projects based on the reviewed wireframes and brand guidelines. To avoid major changes in interactions at later stages, interactive prototypes are created in Figma or any other similar prototyping software. The core objective at this stage is to finalize user experience and aesthetics of the product.

DEVELOPMENT

Requirements catering to frontend, backend, web services, and API development integration are implemented, along with preparing a strategy for Agile Scrum methodology. Aspects like scalability, multi-tenancy, 3rd party integration are taken into account to craft an optimized clean code structure using the most up-to-date technology. Efforts are made to include clients’ reviews and suggestions in every sprint/milestone.

TESTING

Manual testing and reporting of bugs are carried out in each sprint, with each one duly added to product backlog. Once fixed, a quality release is provided and the final demo of the sprint made available to the client for approval. Regression testing is carried out to make sure previously approved sprints/milestones are properly functioning.

MAINTENANCE

The project doesn’t end with development; the team goes the extra mile for clients. Through an Agile approach, the team ensures product enhancement and bug-fixing post deployment. Security Audits, Bi-weekly code backups, and constant system upgradation and compatibility checks are conducted regularly. Our monitoring system alerts us if there is any load balancing required to avoid downtime of the application.
